Sharing Invoices with Customers

Once an invoice is saved:

1. WhatsApp Sharing:

   • Tap Share on WhatsApp.
   • Select the customer’s phone number. LogBook automatically generates a direct link and attached PDF receipt.

2. PDF Download & Email:

   • Tap Download PDF to save the invoice receipt locally.
   • Tap Email Receipt to send directly to the customer’s inbox.

3. Thermal Bluetooth Printing:

   • Connect your phone/tablet to a Bluetooth thermal printer (2-inch or 3-inch).
   • Tap Print Receipt.
